This is the second time weve used 50 floor for flooring work. Overall both times they do excellent work and excellent prices. My concern was with the most recent job that they did. They installed flooring in our master bathroom. We were only informed at the end of the job of two things. 1) when they were reattaching the toilet the toilet was now leaking and 2) The new flooring raised up the floor enough that the doors would not close in the bathroom anymore. I just had a carpet installed by 50 Floor. And I am delighted. The salesperson (Logan P) was terrific and helped me decide what I wanted. He was helpful in every way and I got a great deal. It took 4 weeks until the carpet came in. On install day, the 3 installers were terrific. My carpet is beautiful. They even stayed an extra hour trying to reconnect my television. Professional and Punctual Everything was explained as we had a unique situation.
I am in the Northern Virginia area and recently had 50 floor come out to replace carpet with the LVT floors in 2 of my bedrooms. They were extremely professional, on time and attended to every request/suggestion I made. They were prompt and efficient, cleaned up after the job was done. I had one slight issue with a small area, and they were prompt and no questions asked in getting there in a timely fashion and fixing the problem. We called to get an estimate on flooring. The salesman Jay was there within a week. He spent a lot of time showing us all the differant flooring they carry and explaining the differance. We made our choice and decided to go with vinyl. They were there in a couple of weeks. They called the day they were coming and gave us a time. They arrived as promised. They were a crew of three. I was extremely happy with the quality of the work and the quality of the flooring. I was told they would call before they came over but no one did, glad I was home. I thought they were a little expensive but I never checked other companies, which I should have. The salesman who came to my house was great and helpful and I'm very happy with my floor.

I used them twice and had a great experience both times. Very accommodating to my availability. Very happy with salesmen who really explained pricing and installation crews were wonderful. They knew where to replace my furniture better than I did. Thank you
