I have worked with a few flooring companies in the last 17 years . I have found America's floor source to be extremely easy to work with ,most importantly when I have had any issues they have corrected them in a timely manner .

America's Floor Source is by far the best Flooring Company in Central Ohio. As a General Contractor you don't want to be dealing with a company that doesn't take ownership of the complete install. This Company stands apart from any other when it comes to Customer Service. They make my job easier and whit so many moving parts building a home you want to be assured that your Flooring Contractor has the organization skills to keep that aspect from becoming your Nightmare. I have lived at my current residents for 17 years and have used Americas Floor Source for countless projects over the years.. There is no question they are the best in the city at what they do! Their staff is so helpful and not to mention Punctual! My wife and I have heard many horror stories about other flooring companies in the city and it simply does not resonate as the AFS folks are consummate professionals on every level ! I would HIGHLY recommend ! Every company can offer nice products ..but not everyone has nice people working for them! AFS does! It makes all the difference....THE BEST IN THE CITY!!!!!! ***

I strongly recommend America’s Floor Source. They installed carpeting and flooring throughout on three of our properties. Katie, the flooring advisor did an excellent job of meeting our desired needs. The installers were prompt and at the job site at the promised time, they were very professional and did a fantastic job. America's Floor Source installed all our flooring solutions - hardwood and carpeting - throughout our home. Our sales rep, Zak L. did a fantastic job of meeting our every need and desire. His installation team was incredibly professional and SKILLED! We did have one minor issue that occurred while re-positioning furniture but this was quickly identified and remedied. I can't stress enough how pleased we were with both installation teams for the two different materials. They were well prepared, careful with our possessions, and made sure to clean up all their work materials.
