After living in our home for nearly 15 years, we decided it was time to replace all of our carpet, as well as the flooring in the master bathroom. Just wanted to leave a few comments about the service we received from Americas Floor Source. We recently had our carpets ripped out and hardwood floors put in and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! No problems, they showed up when they said they would, we're just as friendly and courteous as could be! I would not hesitate to use them again! Very highly satisfied! ??
We got off to a bit of a slow start, due to Factory Shipping error. HOWEVER, we finished with a bang! Three bedroom Ranch, single floor. Living room got new CARPET. Two bedrooms left as is. The remainder of the home, was Laminated! A LOT OF WORK! The crew arrived at 8:30am Friday,.... Worked VERY HARD, and finished at 9;30pm! They took a 14 minute "lunch" at 3:30pm....When they left, they were TIRED! WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY! Tuesday, another crew installed our living room carpet. Again, a swell job!
Our new floors are beautiful. Jason, our salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We had one minor glitch when everything was finished, but once we brought it to AFS's attention, they sent someone out the next day, at our convenience, and the problem was fixed. If I need new flooring in the future, I would definitely use American Floor Source again.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable representative. The quality of the product, the price and the installation were all phenomenal.
