I have been using America's Floor Source for over 8 years. They have carpeted not only my old house, but just got through carpeting my entire new house. They were and have always been punctual and professional. The carpet, padding, and installation is of the highest quality. I recommend them to friends all the time via word of mouth, and figured I would leave a note on Facebook so that anyone else that's in need of flooring, should consider no one else but them.
I have used America's Floor Source several times now. Each time they have not done a good job, but an excellent job. From the sales experience, through design, installation, and follow up, each phase reinforced the previous one. This store has serviced my needs on three occasions, over a 3 or 4 year period. I have enjoyed the in-store room experience as well as having samples brought to my house. Also my salesman has remained a part of each or my projects and that is super helpful and rare in these types of transactions. We have used Afs for every one of our flooring needs over the past 13 years in our home ... without question ... the most professional flooring company in the city !! Selection, installers, and overall service is second to none !!! If there was more than 5 star rating - they have earned it !!!
This company is amazing. They have provided me with flooring several times. I would grade them with top marks for price, service, speed etc. I'm always leery about sub-contractors but they are the real deal. Legit company that takes care of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for flooring.
America's Floor Source is the Hands down Best Wholesaler in the region! The best Pricing and above all the Best Customer service. They stand by All of their product. If there is any problems at all they rectify it immediately and If there is something that they cannot accommodate they are straight up and will tell you so. We here @ Integrity Flooring have been using AFS for over 20 years and will not go anywhere else.
The service and selection at this location is impeccable. Couple that with the level of product knowledge and communication you get from their staff, you get questions answered that you didn’t even think of.
