Our LV flooring has only been installed 2 years and had 2 inspectors of AFS choice come out and tell us it is cupping due to our 3 bar stools (that weigh 5 lbs each) that are sitting at the kitchen island. WHY is it cupping on both sides of island, front living area and stair way??? Because they put the planks in to tightly!!! AFTER ONLY 2 YEARS. Also have a quarter size nail hole in the living area. I have spoken with Ed, C*****, Tommy, M******* and Jazmine in the past three months and still cannot get compensation for this... read more
