AFS provides us with quick service at a very reasonable price. Ordering, order confirmation & install scheduling is a breeze. Installation can be inconsistent and it's good to keep on top of the details, but any errors or oversights are always quickly corrected. Steve M******* is our Sales Rep and he is great! Always courteous, readily available and quick to respond. Steve is efficient and on the job, which makes my life a lot easier. :)) Personally, I am not always a fan of working with large companies, because it's easy for your service needs to get lost in the shuffle. Steve makes sure that our particular requirements are kept track of and has even checked in on details that we ourselves have lost track of.

One thing that I like about Randy and working with his team is that he always comes out to the site or call to make sure that the work is done And, if we need anything it only takes one phone call to get it done.
