Horrible experience with this company. *** ******** ***** ***** chose them unfortunately. They put the wrong LVP in the home. When I questioned what happened, they said they put the wrong address on the order. So, they ripped it all out and replaced with the LVP we chose. In our final walk-through, we noticed how many dips were in the floor as we were walking around. It was put in our punch list with the builder to be fixed. We moved in. Hands down one of THE most frustrating experiences Ive had lately. I didnt choose Americas Floor Source, my builder did. They installed defective flooring and carpet in this new construction. After six months, the new carpet looked like it had a stampede of roller skating cattle on it for 20 years. It was awful! (Were empty nesters) The flooring was gapping and peaking at the seams and starting to look wavy. The reason I;m giving them a bad review is that I was told to write down all my card's info because they can't run it until Monday and this day is a Saturday. It seemed very odd that they would ask that and told me they would call me first on Monday before they run it. I waited all day Monday with no callbacks. I called them back Tuesday and was notified that they have already ran my card a while back and will call me back to let me know about my order (I never got a call back). I do not recommend them. I have had them do all my floors with wood. Then they did my kitchen. They ordered the wrong threshold piece and the wrong quarter round. They installed this on July 28th and 29th. There was a multitude of mistakes make. Some with the plumber, some with what they ordered. It is now the 11th of August and they still have not put in the transition piece and the correct quarter round. I talked to them today and they cannot do it until the 21st. I would not recommend AFS. I used AFS for flooring and tile work for an entire new build home. The project was quoted 4 weeks and took over 11, by admitted mistakes on their end. The communication between departments, builder and customer is considerably lacking and the attitude by my account manager was absolutely embarrassing. Up until our floors were installed, we had excellent encounters with America's Floor Source. It wasn't until the day of installation that issues began that have made it extremely frustrating to work with the company. While the floors themselves are beautiful and look amazing in our home, the installers were incredibly unprofessional. This was disheartening after we invested a lot of money into this project and read lots of raving reviews from others who used AFS for their flooring needs. American floor source does not stand by their product. Our shower has leaked off and on for 6 years and now they refuse to send some out to fix their mistake. They did offer to send someone out and charge me for it, thanks but no thanks.

AFS were installers on my new build; not my choice. Installed wrong tile in shower. Then installed correct tile, but used wrong grout color. Came out to fix grout color and brought wrong color, but didn't realize until they applied half of wrong color. Floor tiles have uneven grout width's, and wall tiles uneven. Multiple trips over 6 months and still not right.

We have had nothing but issues from the start. The fact that we like the product is the ONLY good thing I have to say. We waited 2 hours to be helped the first day. Tyler told me to fill out a credit app online which I was approved for but they couldn't find the application. I was told the hardwood flooring was ordered but found out days later it wasn't.
