Jill answered my call promptly and was very capable in assisting me with product knowledge. My previous insurer gave no service or explanation as to why my vehicle insurance was over 30% dearer this year. Some much for being a gold policy customer.
Both Jill and tim were very welcome to speak with went through every options to get me the best price they spoke with dignity and were very friendly
Ada was excellent and patient. She was clear and precise in our conversations re insuring our car. It was $130 less than our previous insurer although a couple of things weren't included unless you paid extra. Now to see how they perform for payouts etc if required at any time. Overall with my experience their customer service was excellent. 10/10 for Ada.
