Explained why I was looking at changing providers and was looking for a like for like cover. The customer service person, listened, asked appropriately questions, clarified what I was after. Then provide a description of what my potential policy would and wouldn't have, outlined the exclusions, explained the excesses, provide details of the level of cover and the insured amount.
