If you expect ANY customer service, look elsewhere. The day after poor customer service went back in person to complain. The service manager allegedly wasn't there, so I left my name and number. Three days later I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called - same service manager was still nowhere to be found, so again I left my info. Two days later - now a week later - no response, so I replied to any earlier email extolling their dedication to customer service/satisfaction. Guess what?
