Very Happy With Everything! We worked with Classic Carpet and Rug recently to install new carpets for our whole upstairs area, which includes 3 rooms and a hallway. It was very easy to get in contact with them and set up a schedule for the work. The installer was fabulous throughout the whole process and really worked well around our schedule. I'm Happy With Their Installations I have used Classic Carpet & Rug for two houses in two different locations. They are always really accommodating, and very helpful. They work with us on scheduling, and always bring carpet samples, to see what we like. But, they never push us on a decision, and make sure everything is done right. Their installers are always on schedule, very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They are efficient, and I'm happy with the installations. I would absolutely use them again.

Very Smooth Process. It was my first time doing business with Classic Carpet and we were very impressed with the high quality of customer service they provided us throughout the whole process. We picked out the carpet that we wanted and they talked us through the whole installation process before they began the work. Excellent Work! Thanks Jack! I recently used Classic Carpet & Rug for the second time (the first time that I used the company was about ten years ago) and I used them for a carpet installation job. Jack is a very professional, nice man who was not pushy at all. I thought that he represented the company very well, and I would highly recommend the service to other people. Impeccable I have worked with Jack and the people at Classic Carpet & Rug over a dozen rooms in different houses I have owned. They are very responsive and they they stand by their work and their products. They always accommodate to your schedule, but despite this, I would never hesitate to leave them on their own while I am at work. I have never felt like I needed to supervise them while at my home working on my carpets. Jack gives good advice, and has tolerated me whenever we disagree on a certain type of carpet, but they ... read more

A+ My co-op had a restriction stating that I had to have wall to wall carpeting in my home. My first contact with Classic Carpet and Rug with the salesman Jack was a fabulous experience. He was very accommodating and even found rug pieces that would work in my hallway! The installation crew that came were great, they made sure that the carpet underneath my glass table was perfect so the table would not wobble! They did a tremendous job and I am very pleased with the outcome!

Lovely to Work With Classic Carpet and Rug is lovely to work with and the work that they do is just fine. I've used them on four different installation projects over the last 10 years and I'm actually about to have them out again in a couple of weeks. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet installation.

Trustworthy Service! We have used the services of Classic Carpet & Rug a couple of times so far, and they have been good experiences overall. Most recently they did a carpet installation for us. They have good customer service and when we were in the store to make our selection, we got a lot of help from two people there. Carpet Purchase I can't rave enough about Dan and the best kept secret in town. Can't believe I didn't know they were there. We rec'd exceptional help from start to finish. Picking out carpet is a thankless job and he made it so easy for us. Carpet delivered within the time frame we were told and it was quick and easy. Many thanks and by all means go visit them!!!
