Knowledgeable, professional and honest! Classic Carpet & Rug recently installed new carpeting in my home and they did a wonderful job. Their employees all were very knowledgeable and professional. They were friendly and the company itself was very upfront and honest. This was my first experience with them and I would highly recommend them to everyone! They are a good company!
Very Positive Classic Carpet & Rug was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had purchased carpet from them in the past. I needed my staircase and two bedrooms carpeted so I reached out to them. The price was very fair based on the quality of work that they did. Classic Carpet & Rug recently did some cleaning for me. This was the first time that I had tried the company. I had them clean the upstairs wall-to-wall carpeting in one of the bedrooms. The technicians were really nice, efficient, and got the work done quickly. The carpeting turned out gorgeous! Excellent customer service The customer service at Classic Carpets is truly unmatched. I needed a small repair to my sisal rug which was done quickly and efficiently and left the carpet looking like new. And the icing on the cake was that there was no charge for the service! Classic Carpet knows how to treat their customers.
Very friendly people! Pleasant experience! I visited the showroom for Classic Carpet & Rug at least eight or ten times before making up my mind. The people there were very patient with me as I considered all the different carpet samples. I finally chose one and had it installed in one room. The installation went very smoothly and the new carpet looks great. I am about to have another room carpeted by Classic Carpet & Rug. I recommend them!

Great Carpet, Great Service! I went to Classic Carpet & Rug for carpeting for my bedroom. Esther was very knowledgeable and very patient in helping me select the carpet. I selected a beige Berber carpet. Classic Carpet installed the carpet in my bedroom and they moved all the furniture out and then back in as well. My house was spotless when the installers left. I had a very positive experience This was my second time using Classic Carpet & Rug for carpet installation. I used the first time in the late '90s, and I had a very positive experience so when it was time to replace the carpet, I wanted to use them again. This time they came out and replaced the existing rugs in the bedroom that I bought in the '90s, and they did a great job. They look really great, and I am very happy.
