I am having them come out again as soon as possible, as they were that good! Classic Carpet & Rug has been providing me with services for the last two years or so. I just decided to have work done on my master bedroom and had them come out to install wall-to-wall carpeting throughout. It turned out so beautiful! Knowledgeable, Excellent Customer Service, Great Staff, Very Pleased Classic Carpet & Rug has always done great work for us. This was not our first time using them. They recently came out to do two rooms for us. One was to put new carpeting into our sunroom. The sunroom had Pergola flooring so it was a bit more intensive in gluing the new carpeting for installation. The family room in the basement needed to have rubber matting underneath the carpeting. Love them! Above and beyond throughout the process! I love Classic Carpet & Rug! From the owner all the way to the installers, they were just fantastic! The owner was very gracious, and allowed me to keep the store's carpet sample pallet until I was able to decide what i wanted. So very sweet of him! Terrific and Helpful and Efficient and Reasonable I recently used Classic Carpet & Rug. I hired them to carpet two rooms. Classic Carpet & Rug offers a huge selection. They were super helpful and I found just what I needed. The installers were efficient, fast, and professional. Everything came out great. They were also really reasonable. Classic Carpet & Rug will be our go-to flooring source from now on.

Knowledgeable Skilled Sales Staff and Quality Carpet This was my first time using Classic Carpet & Rug. The sales people answered all my questions. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The sales staff were very warm and friendly, honest and upfront. Everything went perfectly with scheduling the service. The carpet is very nice. The technicians' people skills could have been a bit better. I don't think they'd really been trained to interact with customers.

Well Done Everyone from Classic Carpet & Rug is great. They came to our home not too long ago to replace the carpet runner on our stairs. They're very professional, they clean up once they finish, and their jobs are well done. They're just good. I've used them twice now, and I would consider them again.

I was very happy This was my first time using Classic Carpet & Rug. I was very happy with everything from the beginning to end. They removed the old runner from the stairs and installed a new one. I also ordered a couple of area rugs, and they delivered them. They did everything very well. The salesperson was very nice. He kept his promise. He said he would get back to me about some things, and he called me back when he said he would. I would definitely recommend them!

Very easy and painless process! Working with Classic Carpet & Rug was great. We had a leak in our basement and needed to replace part of the carpet. Using a piece of carpet that was cut out, Classic Carpet & Rug was able to match it pretty closely and patch it right into the existing carpet!. The installers were professional and neat and the resulting fix looks great. We would recommend them to others!
