Mrs Aura was an awesome to my family and i. She made us feel welcome and at gave us the best deals on carpet and service. My career was installed by some of the best carpet personnel that i have ever dealt with in my life. Man was i proud to have such a wonderful group of men installing my carpet. To the carpet installers i would like to say thank you very much. And to Mrs Aura thank you as well you are an angel.

Scott,thank you for your professionalism and your patience with us getting the carpet installed. We purchased the carpet for our rental property back in January and had to wait until this week to have it installed. First it was Covid 19, then my husband became ill. Scott was nice enough to hold the carpet without any pressure on. He would call to follow up and ask about my husband. All I can say is thank you the 5 star treatment.
We needed carpeting for our theater room and we could not have been more pleased with the service, the quality nor the price. Josh was professional, helpful and easy to work with. He took his time and made sure we had exactly what we needed. We made two trips to the Hollywood store and even took a trip to the Biscayne Blvd location and the guys there were also very helpful. Karen is awesome. She was with us from start to finish. Her expertise in the products offered assisted in our final decision. Despite a hicup on our end,where we we contemplating a change, We were assured everything would work. Needless to say everything was absolutely amazing. Better than expected. The installer was punctual, pleasant, detailed and tidy with his work space. He took pride in his work and made sure everything met my expectations. I am very happy with the service,the product and the installation.

I went in to the MIramar store on Monday looking to have 2 rooms carpeted. I asked Scott (salesman) if it could be installed that same day. To my surprise without hesitation Scott made a phone call and within 3 hours my carpet was installed. Scott made it so easy for me and my wife. The price and selection of their stock are fantastic and the the service was top notch. Thank you Scott for making it happen. Now I know why Don Bailey's have been in business so long.

Karen, knows her craft, she was able to make our selection so much easier. My mom selected the carpet and we were ready for installation.
