I could not ask for better service. I flew in on Friday evening, made contact with Karen, she was at my home on Saturday and Sunday and carpet was installed by end of business Tuesday. Karen is the best, I can't thank you enough for your amazing service.

I own a building on Biscayne blvd. And was greeted by a lovely girl Elisa, she immediately went measured found a carpet that was just what we were looking for and within a couple days was installed, thanks Elisa and crew....

My husband and I had an idea that we were hoping would be matrilaize. WE met Karen and despite it been a small order, you would think we were spending thousands of dollars. We did not find the carpet we hopes but she promised us that she would visit the other locations to see if she found what we were looking for. Karen did as promised and she found the perfect carpet for our stairs and hallway. Karen, thank you for your professionalism, we truly appreciate all you did to make our vision come to life.

Karen is my secret weapon, I contacted her as I had an upcoming inspection so time was of the essence, she had someone at my school within 24 hours, she met me personally as she wanted to see the job and furnish the right product for the school. The inspectors showed up during the installation. KAREN THANKS AGAIN for your great service.

I contacted Don Bailey Flooring in North Miami, Karen was very pleasant on the phone and even more pleasant in person. She met me on her day off and educated me about my choices. The apartment was rented as is but she gave me ideas and was kind enough to follow up despite the fact that I no longer needed carpet for the apartment. As a realtor, she is my go to flooring professional from here on.

My first contact was via phone which was answered promptly and very responsive to questions. Next went to the store on Biscayne Blvd without prior notice. Was greeted promptly then Gus answered all questions and asked if I would consider looking at some on site, which I did and found exactly what I wanted. Hi Scott, Wow, 4 guys showed up when I was only expecting 2. They were done in 1 1/2 hours!! They cut me a couple of extra pieces to put in front of the chair I always sit in.
