I went into don Baileys last week and was looking for waterproof vinyl I must say that I was greeted by a lovely young lady Elisa, she showed me all the options that was in a high showroom. Nowadays it’s sometimes hard to come in contact with good customer service. On December 20th my carpet shopping experience with Jermaine Ponder @ Don Bailey’s in Fort Lauderdale was exceptional! From the moment I walked in the door I was given a warm welcome.
