This is one of the BEST shopping experience that I’ve had. Jermaine was very pleasant, professional, patient, well rounded and most Importantly very helpful. First time coming and I have to say, I am impressed with the business that is operated here, carpets are very nice looking, and Mr.Jermaine Ponder helped us out very well, and gave us excellent price options for our building renovation. And he is very nice. A great place to come and get your carpet for your house or business.. 😀

On Saturday 10/15/17 we visited Don Bailey Flooring in Ft. Lauderdale looking for a nice piece of carpet for a area rug for our living room. They have a great selection and service to go with it.I found a nice remnant, but was not sure of the pattern, Scott our salesman pulled the remnant off the wall and rolled it out for my wife and I to see. It was so nice we purchased it. The service that Scott provided was fantastic. I recommend everyone go see Scott and purchase your flooring from him.

I must say you have a wonderful Sales Person working for you. After the storm my tenant had a flood in his bedroom, I immediately thought of Elisa who did my house in the Grove about a year ago and was impressed then and even more so now She camel out on a Friday about 4;00 and had the carpet installed on Saturday . She came with samples in hand and she knew exactly what I was looking for. as she texted me carpet samples before arriving. She got us out of a bad situation and we returned back to normal. After the storm my dad's place had to be re carpeted. I flew in from NY and called and spoke to Karen prior to beading the flight, she was at my house within an hour of my arrival and carpet was installed by the end of business day. Karen my 94 year old dada thank you. You were amazing.
