I want to thank Don Bailey Flooring for making my dream rug. I just bought a condo and I needed something on my cold tile, but I'm super picky and couldn't find a rug anywhere that I liked. I didn't even know I could get a custom rug from a flooring shop until my friend told me about it. Especial thanks to Flavia for being so very patient with me. I went into the Ft. Lauderdale store shopping for laminate. They have a very nice selection. I was very undecided of what color or style would look good in my 3 bedrooms, so the salesman Scott Kupperman made some suggestions. He offered to bring samples to my home and to measure the areas, which made the decision process alot easier. he followed me home. When I wanted to get Engineered wood floors in my 3 bedrooms I didn't know who to call. I found Don Bailey Flooring online and saw their great reviews and called the Miramar store. Sergio picked up and answered every question I had. I came to the store and their selection was great. I was able to find the color I wanted at a great price and the installation went perfect. I would recommend Sergio and Don Bailey Flooring to anyone!

I only had a small bedroom to get carpeted but Sergio treated me as if my job really mattered. Other companies didn't even want to come to my house but Sergio came out and brought samples and made the job very easy. I got exactly what I wanted without having to leave my house. That's what I call great service!

Karen I called you answered the phone with a smile , you addressed my concerns with a minor issue. You did not sell me you flooring this time but know that you are my friend in the flooring world and I will be referring all of my friends and family to you.

We need to have 10 stars because Karen is 10 stars and then some .She was instrumental in selecting the product , she offered paint advice, she assisted with wall decoration, she took before and after pictures , she was on the job at the start and at the finish. She was the project manager and the customer and the sales person, all I did was pay for the work. Karen you are the besssstttt.

Sergio and Don Bailey Floors are the best. They have done several jobs for me including LVT in my office space as well as they put laminate in my whole house. Sergio has always been a pleasure to work with and always has the answers to questions. He has also taken care of 2 repairs that have happened with my laminate, each time making sure everything ended up perfect. I know who to call for any of my flooring needs.

I want to thank Don Bailey Flooring and Sergio Alberti for the recent work done at my house. Me and my boyfriend just purchased a house and where overwhelmed with all the work that had to be done. We knew we wanted a wood look porcelain tile but did not know where to begin. Sergio was able to help us find a tile we loved and made the whole process from start to finish as easy as could be.
