I recently used Don Bailey Flooring to re-tile my new house. The old tile had to go and I was able to get a great price on a new wood -look porcelain tile. Sergio the salesman brought samples out to my house and went over the whole project from start to finish. I was bit nervous to undergo a project of this size but he was able to put my nerves at ease. I want to thank Don Bailey Flooring for helping me through the process of installing laminate floors in my new house. They were pleasant to work with from start (one of the few companies that actually showed up and on time of many I called for the original quote) to finish. Sergio was great helping me switch out all my existing laminate in my living areas to a 24" x 24" porcelain tile. My wife choose the color with him and the floors came out beautiful. It was a much easier process than I thought. Thanks again.

Ms Karen is responsible for the new carpet in our church and we are eternally grateful for her assistance. I was undecided on carpets for my house and Karen brought me samples, on a Sunday, so I could make an informed decision. She goes the extra mile time and time again and makes the buying experience simple. I will never go anywhere else for my carpet needs!
