I went to Don Bailey Flooring with my guard up, truth is I've had my share of used car salesman . I don't want to be sold, I want the sales person to listen to me and I want to feel appreciated and taken care of. Karen Waite managed to change that. We cannot thank You enough for your efforts tonight. We got installed over the last three days in preparation for Easter. Karen came by the job today and realized that the vacuum we had would not do the job. She left and returned thirty minutes later with a vacuum, I was totally shocked. I actually thought she was a member of our Church just assisting , she is not. I went to the store because I need to replace part of my laminated floor at my house. Jermaine doesn't have the color to match the rest of the floor in the house and explained to me that my floor is discontinued - unfortunately. BUT instead of trying to sell me the whole floor to my house they recommended me a place where I might purchase the matching floor. They are very nice and helpful people.Â
