Your customer service *****, I needed a replacement glass of my windows. He called me back a quote two months later and now tell me it takes at least eight weeks to get the window when I ordered windows here the next day and charged me a fortune to get them to come out and replace class it takes forever!!

Terrible company to deal with.Will not stand behind what they sell.We bought a $6,000 door from them about 6 years ago. This door came with a 25 year warranty.I called Majic due to a problem we are having with the door. I was told by customer service that the manufacturer of the door is out of business and because of this our warranty is "null and void".We did not purchase from the manufacturer, we purchased from Majic. Terrible customer service. We had an estimate given back in March 2023 and we decided to get a new back door wall installed. They told us we had to pay a deposit at the time and the rest when they installed which we were told was going to be in July 2023. We live in a condo and they told us theyd take care of everything concerning the condo and permission etc. About a month or more went by and we never heard anything from Majic. Do NOT use this company. I cant even begin to tell you the hassle we have been having. They have canceled on us 5 + times, theyve lost one of our windows, no one calls back, and no one knows whats going on. Ive seriously never dealt with worse customer service than this. They put in some of our windows, removed our shutters, then just left them for us to do. Its been insane.

Stay away from this company. They did a very poor job on my siding install and failed to actually complete the job before demanding I pay them the entire balance due. They also lied to me and told me that they did not outsource their contractors for install. Paid $30000 for fiberglass windows and house aluminum trim. Job is half done. I have reservations about some of the work done and asked questions. Ive been given the runaround as far as when job will be completed. I have foam around windows that has now turned yellow, birds are picking at it. Paid over $40,000 for new windows, the installers that came out waited til the very end to tell me two major windows (facing front of the house) were missing. They advised me they would be ordered on priority order and would be there in 4-6 weeks. Fast forward 13 weeks, the windows still havent arrived. Nov 2021 they were planning on replacing window frames that were fading and chocking, still waiting on service , called them in Feb 2023 and April 2023, still no reply, they say parts on order. Bad customer service, they dont support their products.

The way this company chooses to go about business is both disrespectful and disgusting! They talk in circles and throw out numbers as if the customer they are talking too are degenerates.
