From the moment I walked in the door I was shown exactly what I was looking for. We searched thru large remnants for our bedroom until we found the perfect one! Within 30 minutes I found, purchased (at a great price) and set up the installation. I was out of town during that install and upon our return we were pleasantly surprised that our freshly painted walls were scuff free, the remnants were rolled up and ready for storage and our bedroom looked great! Michael's was truly a great experience! Working with Gladys was amazing. She worked with us to the best value for the carpet and flooring we really wanted. She was great at keeping in communication with us and helping us move forward with our home improvement project. We appreciated that she went above and beyond to look for coordinating tile when what we first picked up was not the best deal. We would not have the flooring today without her! We absolutely love our carpeting!!
Came into the St. Peters store ready to spend a long time trying to pick out carpet. Gladys made this completely painless! She directed us to the correct carpet, explained why it would be the best option for our situation. She was patient and answered all my questions. The process took a fraction of the time I expected, and I never felt rushed. The estimate is very reasonable. I hope the install is as easy as picking out the carpet.
Had tile replaced in the basement. It looks fantastic. From Gladys helping me at the store to Justin doing the installation it was a terrific experience. This is the third time I have had Michaels do an installation. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Michaels Flooring
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Michael’s Flooring. First, Dave Montgomery was so patient and helpful. It took me almost 2 years and numerous samples to pick out our hardwood flooring. It’s a huge investment and he was very understanding that I wanted it just right. Had the hardwood floor in the family room and all the carpeting in the house replaced. Brian at the Florissant store was great to work with and the work was done quickly and expertly. Everything looks great with no problems at all.

Excellent service. Beautiful floors. Couldn’t be happier! Felt comfortable during the sales process as it’s no hassle or high pressure. And Charlie was very honest and upfront as to what to expect. Will be recommending to everyone needing flooring.
Dave, the sales manager, is awesome. This is the second experience with him and Michaels flooring. The installers are great. Friendly, efficient, excellent work and clean after install. I’ll use them again in the future if I have flooring needs.
