National Floors Direct was very fast and efficient with getting us new carpets. They were flexible with scheduling appointments so that we could do it when it worked best for us. The salesman was very knowledgeable and quickly got all of the information he needed to put the order in for us. The delivery guys were here within the window given and installed two carpets in less than an hour. It was a wonderful experience to work with NFD. The whole process , from first phone call to complete installation was less than a week. I would recommend National Floors Direct to everyone. I have used them in 2018 and again in September 2021 and the quality of work, the quality of materials in the same. The level of professionalism, the installation and finished work excellent. What they said that they would do at the consultation did happen and communication with me was excellent.
