I am extremely satisfied with my flooring purchase. From my interaction with their salesman, Jesus Martinez, to the installation of my floors, everything went flawlessly. The initial contact person at the house was friendly and knowledgeable. While he had not been on the job long, he clearly had a good grasp of the carpets. He was able to clearly explain the difference in carpets regarding price, thickness, etc. The two installers were friendly and hard-working. They checked in with me when/if they had questions, did a good job with installation, and did a good clean up job. They were professional. Our experience with national floors direct was excellent. They handled themselves in a very professional manner and were courteous and efficient. Their product is top-notch and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install new flooring or update flooring in their home. They moved our furniture with great care. My experience with National Floors Direct was a very pleasurable experience to say the least. The sales representative showed up on time, and he was very courteous. He was very professional in that he explained the different types of carpets plus he was not over zealous about pressuring me to buy the most expensive rug. The NFD team was absolutely amazing to work with. My sales rep was polite and worked with me with everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to get me to purchase more than I needed. The installation team was clean and extremely fast. Will definitely be using them again.

(Sensitive Information Hidden) My husband I used National Floors Direct for our new hardwood floors. The vendor that NFD contracted were SO nice. They were such hard workers and stayed late to make sure our new floors were in on time! They did an amazing job and we are so happy that we were able to get our floors done so quickly with such great quality. We are so happy with what we received from National Floors Direct!
