On install day, they arrived on time and were very careful navigating the house. They were friendly and upon completion they left the house cleaner then when they arrived. I finally got my bedrooms done. I had a couple of companies come for estimates. National floors direct inc was straight forward with their price. No hidden fees associated. They came at 10am to collect COD. Then they checked the rooms that were getting makeover. They worked nonstop until all the 4 bedrooms were done. Very pleased with the outcome, and they cleaned all the dust and debris. My order # NY28647
NFD was quick with a free estimate and had the best price. We only had to wait about a week before installation. The installers were professional and worked diligently to complete the job in 1 day. The new flooring looks great and we were happy with the customer service and the entire process from start to finish I will order my next carpet from them very soon.
Fantastic from start to finish. The customer service was phenomenal from the first phone call to the follow up. Sale persons were professional and prompt. We were given lots of options with detailed samples and pricing for our new carpet. The finished product looks and feels better than expected.
