My experience with National Floors Direct was excellent! From the salesman to the installers to the representatives on the phone, all were very professional and courteous. They were great about keeping me posted about arrival and installation times. They were prompt and professional. Their price was unbeatable. My floors are gorgeous! I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent National Floors Direct Carpet installation. I will admit, both my wife and I were skeptical about letting people in our house during these unusual times. Both installers were courteous and professional and wore their masks and gloves. They also kept their distance from us while they were in our house. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the carpet I’ve chosen. The salesman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I was able to negotiate a fair price for my carpet. Prior to this presentation I had Home Depot come out and give me a quote, one I must say was way overpriced in spite of their “no cost for installation “ special. We obtained quotes from other companies but National Floors Direct made the process incredibly easy and the price could not be beat. The salesman went above and beyond to accommodate us. The installer was prompt and professional. He took his time to ensure quality work. He was clean and careful. The carpet looked so beautiful my wife wants it in the rest of the house! I have used National Floors Direct in the past and I was very happy with the results. So, naturally, I called them up again to have the rest of my floors done. The sales man who came to my house ti provide me with a quote was very courteous and quick. He knew what he was talking about! First time user of this service. From the salesperson who arrived at my house and took his shoes off before coming in to the gentlemen who installed the carpet, they were all courteous and professional. The office team followed up routinely with calls that were needed but not overbearing. Only drawback is the pricing system where the salesperson has to call into the main office and get pricing, which generates this haggling process.
