Customer service, post contract execution is deplorable! A salesman came to my home, gave me an estimate which included moving furniture and personal items. Said there would be no problem moving everything but the TV's and electronics. My wife and I moved everything and accommodated all the furniture to be moved . 2 installers were sent to my home, a husband and wife. National Floors Direct I very rarely post reviews but in this instance I feel it is necessary. My husband and I decided to buy flooring for two of our bedrooms. We looked around and saw an ad for National Floors Direct. We scheduled an in home estimate. The Sales Person, Bruce, was very helpful and informative. National Floors and Justin did a good job for us ...anybody will be nice trying to sell you something but Justin was nice all the way thru the process. We tried another place ...and they offered $12,500 ...and they wanted me to sign ...but the quote was for $15,000 ... After a week I finally got the quote ...and they were mad that I didn't go with them ... Funny thing is ...if they had given me the quote I would have used them.
Terrible service, called same day to cancel order. Was told to call back on Monday. Monday we called to cancel and was told we couldn’t cancel and that we will be charged regardless wether they do floors or not. Every customer service rep, gave us an attitude and became very hostile. Spoke with Larry and Cliff (Managers).
I've been a contractor for over 10 years and this was the worst experience I've ever had. The installers were terrible. They cut on and into my COUNTERTOP?!? They left my installation incomplete. They actually put a hole in the wall of my closet. When I filed a complaint the company response was "to litigate". They said the installer claimed there were other contractors on site - a complete lie. TERRIBLE company.
Absolute awful experience in dealing with them....it’s been a month since they came to install, I was very disappointed with the product that was brought to be delivered. When I told them I didn’t it installed, you have 2 options, have flooring installed and pay in full or pay 20%?restocking fee ! I requested several times to speak with sales manager, I was told no ! We've had a very painful experience with National Floors Direct, Inc. The salesman was late with no courtesy call. When he arrived, he was very personable and professional. Soon however, he lied brazenly about a promotion of 65% off of their prices. Nevertheless, we agreed and signed a contract for $1500.00 We spent some time with the salesman, picking a floor from the salesman's samples. This is not honorable. Their warranty is a joke. 2 weeks after installation my carpet up the stairs is fraying and coming apart. I was told I had to sign a waiver that if they come thenwirj they do may make the problem worse and that I will accept this. Mind yuh I was told I had a 19 year warranty on this ********* carpet.
