Overall a great experience. I spent a lot of time talking with the onsite sales rep, for obvious reasons to learn more about NFDs products and process, but then after because simply he was a great guy and we had a lot in common. The installation crew was very accommodating. They went the extra-mile for my requirements, and cleaned up both before and after. I'll definitely use NFD again. MA25441
We had National floors Direct install carpet in our bedrooms it was a great experience. The sales rep and the installers were professional. They had their products in stock and was available to install within 2 day. They were respectful with our furniture. Very neat with work. The product was soft and beautiful! Great company go with them if your having flooring installed.
