We had National Floors Direct come out and install carpets for all of our upstairs rooms. It took them one day to complete the installation. The workers were respectful of the home and the new carpets as they were installing them. It had been raining that day and they would wipe their boots off every time they came inside the house when they went to get their tools. From start to finish working with National Floors Direct was quick, easy and simple. Two days after meeting with ******* my floors were installed. The installers were respectful, worked very clean and moved all the furniture in and out. They showed me my floors before they started to confirm they were the correct ones. Awesome company!!!

They were very timely and efficient. National Floors Direct brought samples to my home and in a few days I had 2 new bedroom floors. They were pleasant and easy to work with. They removed my old dirty carpets and replaced with vinyl flooring. They cleaned up after themselves. The vinyl is great and looks like real wood. I will use them again.

I highly recommend NDF for flooring. The process was super easy. Making an appointment was easy. The salesman came with samples and helped me pick the perfect floor. The salesman was very knowledgeable. Also, great price! The installation was quick. The installers were on time, professional, neat and clean.

I called national floors direct and they were able to provide a quote and complete the instal within a few days that put me back on track. We had the best experience with National Floors Direct! The salesperson who came to our house was knowledgeable, friendly and secured us a great deal on carpeting for our basement. This company was fantastic to work with! Starting with their customer service department. They worked well with me to arrange a day and time for the salesman to come to my house. Once the sales man was there, he explained EVERYTHING to me, showed me some great samples and gave me a GREAT price to fit my budget. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the new ************ Floors Direct installed at our house. The communication throughout the project was outstanding. The salesman that came to our house was very friendly and helpful. The installers showed up on-time and finished the install in one day. When they left we could not even tell they were there.
