National Floors Direct quoted the best price for the carpeting I wanted installed. The representative that came to my house, ****, was knowledgeable and polite. He was able to meet my budget for what I wanted to pay. The installers were on time. They knew what they were doing and got the installation done In a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards and did not leave anything for me to clean up. I am very satisfied with National Floors Direct. A great job from start to finish!

We were in need of carpet for the stairway of the townhome to which we had recently moved. Booking the appointment for a quote was very easy and fast, I was able to have someone come out the next day. When the representative arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to assist us in finding a carpet the would best suit our needs. The sales rep was fantastic. She came in and was very pleasant. Then she took measurements and informed us about the background od NFD. Since I work for *************************** in ********* I appreciated the fact that NFD is a family owned co. She also brought in several samples and explained the different types as well as price range.
