National floors direct provided excellent service. They arrived promptly. Their pricing was very fair. The quality of carpet is great. The installers moved furniture and cleaned up as well. This is the second time I have used them I would highly recommend. My order number was md11692

The carpet and quality is beautiful. The installers arrived on time. They requested payment prior to starting the job. They were very courteous & friendly. The were very clean and vacuumed when finished. I would recommend National Floors Direct.

National Floors direct was very well organized in their communications, instructions, and information they provided. The team was timely and professional. National Floors Direct did an exceptional job with our home. The sellers had old vinyl tiles and these were replaced with Luxury Vinyl (simply awesome) and all the carpet was replaced on two sets of stairs, family room and 2 bedrooms. The installers were terrific and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. All old carpet, padding and waste was taken away and they left the extra carpet and vinyl in case I need it. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

I got a great price on my floors. They were able to get 4 rooms installed that week. The floors look great and the workers were polite and cleaned up any mess. It was easy and hassle free. I will definatly be going back for later projects.

Heard about NFD from a commercial and gave them a call. Got a call back same day to schedule a meet at my house. Sales rep was phenomenal, show and explain to ** different carpet options that fit our requirement and budget. For the price I was quoted for 3 bedrooms including removing old carpet and move heavy furniture I could resist. Sign the contract, and got carpet installed two business days later. We just got our basement floors refinished with National Floors Direct and it was a great experience. It was easy and fast to get an appointment and the sales rep that came out was very helpful and personable. He even brought samples for ** to see and was very accommodating of our budget. We were able to get the floors installed just a couple days later and the installation team was professional and cleaned up well afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a flooring project.

After being totally confused by the options and process at a big box store, we decided to call National Floors direct. The Sales **** **** went through all the options and the process. We were thrilled when we found out they move furniture. The installation team showed up on time and worked straight through until the job was done. 2 guys finished 4 bedrooms with furniture in one day. Wow. Thank you and I would highly recommend.
