I have had a very positive experience with NFD after my brother recommended them. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to schedule a free in-home estimate/consult and then had the carpet installed only a few days later! Installers were very polite and considerate of my home and were done quickly. They make sure you approve the work before they leave. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
I can't say enough about this company. Making an appointment was effortless. They showed up on time with samples in colors I had requested. The representative was professional and knowledgeable. I needed the job done asap and they were able to get it done within 48 hours! The installers knew what they were doing and did an excellent installation. Great installation! Our next-door neighbors had us fearing for the worst. We witnessed their place being under construction for weeks while a competitor did their floors. The crew that NFD sent us was efficient as could be and definitely not milking the timeclock for hours.

The installers did a good job removing old carpeting and installing new laminate floor in our living room. They even helped us move a very heavy piano, which they weren't even required to do. The salesperson said they may or may not be able to help, but they didn't hesitate. They did the job quickly. They arrived in the time frame that was specified, and removed every scrap if the old carpet. Would definitely use again! Job number MA22348.
NFD replaced a 30+ year old vinyl tile floor with a new vinyl click lock floor. The whole process was extremely smooth, from estimate to final installation. Pricing was competitive with other quotes I got from local flooring stores. The installation time was much faster than what other flooring suppliers quoted. Definitely recommend them if you are in the market for flooring!
