ORDER #MA22988 Brian the sales consultant was great, prompt, on time and professional. Leading up to the install, they sent numerous emails making sure the product I ordered was correct. Upon installation the installers showed up early! They installed a beautiful floor exactly as we envisioned. The quarter round they trimmed out with was perfect. The installers went above and beyond for a perfect floor! Cleaned up after the install as well so it was a perfect experience!!!! Chris

What a great experience I had. The installation was done when agreed and the installers did not leave any garbage. They cleaned the entire area . My first job was 2 rooms (carpet and hardwood floors). I was so impressed that I had a hallway and foyer done also. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

The entire process with National Floors Direct was very good. The salesperson did not pressure or try to upsell us and was very knowledgeable about different types of carpets. Scheduling went smoothly and communication leading up to the install was excellent. Highly recommend following their preparation instructions exactly. Customers need to move everything out of rooms except heavy furniture. Please hire this company. I had my kitchen floors done and I could not be happier. The gentleman that installed the floors were very professional and very skilled . I am so impressed that I am going to have my carpet done by this company.
My experience was wonderful from start to finish. First, the salesperson brought numerous samples and was able to offer next-day installation, free moving of furniture, free moving of appliances, and free removal of the old flooring. 2nd the installation team was great they removed the old floor and installed the new floor.
