The salesperson was knowledgeable. The salesperson was also courteous. And the salesperson also responded to my emails. Both the salesperson and installers were on time. When we made a change in color (before installation), it was handled quickly and professionally. The new floor looks great!
The process from National Floors was great from the start till the end. The sales person was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest in her advice and helped us make a good decision. She promised us that the whole install would not take more than two days as we were looking for a quick turnaround. She was correct. The rep from National Floors Direct who came to my home was on time and friendly. He explained all of our options and was very patient while we selected our carpet. I inquired about a free quote for a last minute for a carpet runner replacement on my house that was getting listed for sale. National Floors Direct came after a competitor. I wasnt looking to spend a lot of money, but I also didnt want the house too look "cheap". The competitor came in $250 cheaper with a basic grey carpet runner.
