The whole experience from start to finish was great. The sales rep was professional and very friendly. The setup process was super easy and we were able to set up an appointment for the floors to be installed that week. When it was time for install the install team was timely and super professional. I recently had 2 rooms of carpet installed by National Floors Direct and was quite pleased. They were very professional from the time I had an in-home consult to the actual installation. The sales person was honest and knowledgeable and showed us many samples. The installation was scheduled for when I needed it. The install team were terrific. I had an excellent experience with National Floors Direct from start to finish. They arrived on time. Very polite and organized. I had my old carpet removed and new carpet installed on my top level of my home and also my staircase. They did it so quickly and I love the way it looks. I highly recommend using this company.
Flooring crew came in the time range provided. They were very professional. They completed the job in few hours as it was small job. They cleaned the area after the job. Its started with the call, the team was friendly and work with my schedule to be able to show me their product. When the sales rep came he took his time and focused on my needs and my wife's wants.
