Started with an in-home visit by a knowledgeable salesman. Kept informed with email notifications. Installers arrived on time to measure. Then they arrived on time to install finished carpet. I am very pleased with the results.

We purchased a new home with carpets that reeked of cat smell. My husband is allergic to cats and we thought we could shampoo the carpets on our own but nope.
