To start, scheduling an in home visit by telephone was quick and easy. ***** the sales guy was courteous and knowledgeable. A nice computer generated layout was presented to me after he completed his measurements so we could see exactly what was to be done. **** then negotiated an acceptable price with the area manager. I had a really great experience with National Floors Direct. It was really easy to schedule someone to come out to give us a quote on the carpet we wanted for our hallway. The salesman was very nice and helpful. He wasnt pushy and answered all of our questions. On the day of the installation the workers showed up right on time. They were very nice. They did a great job on the carpet installation and cleaned up all of their mess. I would definitely use National Floors Direct again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Amazing service and quality!.My experience was very *****. I had carpet replaced in my bedroom and I loved the color that I chose. The installers were professional and got the job done in about an hour. They also took the old carpet and disposed of it. They also gave me tips on maintaining my new carpet and answered all my questions. This added value to my property and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this company as they work with schedule, pricing and variety.

Well after reading some unhappy reviews , National Floors Direct did me good, first I had one room done with vinyl flooring, they did a great job and clean up was great also.So I had them do my 3 flights of stairs in carpet, another great job and they did 3 more rooms in the vinyl flooring, it was awesome , job well done. We just had our entire 2nd floor including stairs and 2 landings carpeted by National Floors Direct. We could not be more pleased with this company. Everyone, from the sales rep, the customer service people, the delivery department and the installers were AMAZING!! Great experience. They were able to come out and measure pretty quickly. We picked our carpet that day and they were able to install the same weekend in one day! The cost was great too. Better quality for the same price as a bad quality one at a competitor. (MA21123 )

They were very professinal from the start. Made sure materials were correct and walked me thru install process. Install was perfect and they celaned up behind themselves. The whole process was great really appreciate the work National Direct Floors.

The process ***** beginning to end was easy. I was given different choices in carpet texture and color. The installation was done in under 2 hours. The installers left the rooms clean and walked me through after installation was completed. Very pleased!
