Good morning, I had National floors Direct . Install floors in bedroom. They left a big gap on the floor and completely did want to do crown molding. I called customer service and to got no where . I also sent pictures and ask for a manager to return my call . I did not get a response. They also hide your paperwork what you purchased. They are scam ! Please be where!!!!

Horrible customer service horrible installation. ********************** bubbling up after one year. They couldnt care less after they do the job. DONT USE THESE GUYS

There should be a 0 because that's what I would select. Sub par install an ld service. Their goal is to cash in your money, install poor quality and bully you into waiving the warranty when you ask them to resolve the issues. I no longer have a home because of the eye sore I walk into on a daily basis to no resolve. You can't talk to a supervisor, or a manager. I have sent over 20 emails to management to no avail. Not even a call as a courtesy. NFD is a scam. Beware!

Worse customer service ever!! Vinyl kitchen floor installed, but installers didnt properly remove old flooring. Three months later floor is buckling. Called customer service numerous times. Someone was always supposed to call me back. Finally heard from manager. Would not send anyone to inspect floor . Said there was a 90 day warranty!!! They offered to send someone to repair 2 spots but I would have to buy more material at the cost of $360 and sign a waiver that relieved them of further responsibility. After having floors installed, I was disappointed in an area where the molding stood out like a sore thumb and the workers did not do a thorough job cleaning up. they left behind a wet rag, tee shirt and small piece of wood as well as lint from the old rug along the wall. I contacted customer service, but he was very rude. I was told by the salesperson he would come by to check the work when it was finished but he did not come nor did anyone else. ************** 8/12/23 Poor scheduling, they failed to arrive on time or called to informed customer of their delay and arrived late with carpet that was poorly measure. Installer arrived at 7:10 pm of appointment that was scheduled originally at a 10am to 2pm window, then rescheduled until 4:00pm, call their office an was then report that they would be there at 6:30pm. I wish I could give it 0 stars. This company is a ripoff the worst company I ever dealt with. My floors was supposed to be done in one day, the staff stopped working informing they couldnt do any more. Came back the next day with a small child5 or 6. However they demanded a cashier check for the full amount on the first day 7/29/23. I am til this day not feeling well due to them refusing to go outside n cut wood for the floors. I would never use this company again I gave them a deposit on the day of the estimate, the install was scheduled for 8/5/2023 when the installers arrived the first thing he asked me was the balance of the payment, I showed him the cashier check for the balance with the company name on it but he was instructed not to do the install without the balance in hand.
