This is the worst, most aggressive, unkind business we have EVER dealt with. They are all about money and nothing about consumer satisfaction. Don't sign anything until you have read and understand every word. Make sure you have a good lawyer before signing anything.

The salesman sold ** on a ********-made higher end product and we got neither, We got a lower-end product made in *******, I called to complain but they only wanted to go by what was on the contract and didn't care what the salesman said, I explained that contract because it was a digital agreement, he must've altered it because I know what he showed me and what I paid for, but they did not even want to investigate. Absolute worst company to deal with. They do not return calls they do not return emails. Did a horrible job installing the rubber base for the rug. It has been 5 weeks of me reaching out trying to get someone to come repair. First they send an inspector who tells me they'll call me the following week and never do. When I finally speak with them they have no report from the inspector. Do not use this company. ******* that comes to sell you the flooring and brags about how good their product is compared to Empire, ***************** is full of over exaggeration. I was told that they would change my baseboard (white) which was included. I signed the dang contract without looking specifically for the baseboards, and of course, they denied ever saying they would do it. I just sat through the sales pitch from NFD. Before my comments I would like to state three things. The sales rep was a pleasure to work with, NFD came in at budget - after some sticker shock, and finally we did purchase and are awaiting installation. That said, I became extremely perturbed by the company's sales tactics. First, and without surprise they showed us the cheapest and obvious lowest grade flooring before showing much more desirable samples. Carpet ordered months ago after in home estimate. I changed the installation date to today. Now installers come and not enough carpet was ordered. My house goes on market next week, but they won't have the carpet for 2 weeks. No help what so ever for C. S. only a shouting match to get nothing done. Poor poor customer service, and no one can pull strings with **** carpets after all the millions of dollars they spend with them to make this happen since it is entirely their fault. Never deal with this company

The sales pitch was great. I found the customer service and professionalism lacking afterwards. I was expecting company installers to perform the work, instead sub-contractors with out of state license plates showed up. They wanted an additional fee to correct and level the subfloor which I believed was to be included in the original price or the warranty would be voided! Initial contact with the salesman was great and it went downhill from there. The installation was poor, the salesman did not return my calls and texts and **************** refused to come out and assess the complaint from the pictures I sent them.
