Do not use them. Poor service, poor quality floors, when i tried to get a manager to come look at the terrible installation they send the installer and he told them it was the weight of my furniture.

The installation of the floor went fairly easily. The customer service representative that called the following day 6 times in a row. I was not able to answer at that time. I was finally able to return their call and was told my initial deposit bounced. I replied that it could not have and to try again. They informed me they can only run the check once. Terrible experience, misrepresentation, false advertisement, poor customer service and completely disgusting!!! Floor installation was rescheduled twice and poor quality floors. Will never do business or recommend you ever again.

The experience with National Floors Direct was filled with coercion, deceit, lies, a bait and switch and upcharging. The flooring that the installers brought did not match the sample that I selected. When I spoke with customer service (on a recorded line) the person indicated on three separate occasions that he and the salesperson are not familiar with the products and although this may be a different material they would not allow me to select another product. This company is AWFUL. They pressure to make a purchase by telling you the price will change if you do not buy instantly. I had to reschedule due to being a JURY TRIAL twice because of it. They are telling me I would have to pay ****** to reschedule. I explained myself and was told to pretty much go F myself. I would rather pay double in the future than to ever deal with such SCUM.

Zero stars. They took my cash ans on the day of intallation told me they didnt have enough carpet and would let me know by january if they could do it but i wouldnt get my money back for the room thy didnt do. I'm a soingle mom strapped for cash and they stole my money and I have no way of getting it back!
