I was told products ordered were confirmed available and installation scheduled. Day of installation tile materials not available. No one in Leadership can speak to you, you have to talk to **************** and reschedule installation. You cant cancel. This is the most unethical company out there. Buyers beware!!
Would not recommend very misleading. As a customer everything was great until they had my deposit. Agreed on installation date and waived right of deposit refund due to expedited installation date. They were scheduled for 7/3/21. Called my husband the day before about moving install to the 12th in which he directed them to call me. I would give negative stars if I could. This company is nothing short of a scam. They only care about taking the customers money. Do not be fooled by the 5+ star reviews my friends. They pay customers in ****** gift cards to leave 5-star reviews (up to $250)! Yup, thats how bad they need these ratings.They take absolutely no responsibility for any problems that occur at install - whether it be breaking a bed, door, closet or ceiling fan. While my floor turned out alright, I would strongly not recommend this company. First off, the sales rep came in with a crazy price and then when I explained I got quotes considerably less, they happen to do serious negotiating to come in around where the other companies were. The sales rep was very nice and professional but the workers from this company were ********! We are filing a complaint against this business. First they advertise, next day delivery and installation. The sales person that came out was very good but said that it would be two weeks. I told them I couldn't do anything past two weeks. They make you sign a contract that you can't back out. On the morning of the 21st they said they had to cancel because of family emergency. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. A representative came to my house on 6/2/2021 in that visit I purchase carpet. In order to get delivery in 6/19/2021 I had to sign a 3 day cancellation waiver, so on my paperwork it states emergency rush installation. On 6/19/2021 I received an e-mail stating my install window would be 7:30am -12pm. 12pm came around and no carpet I called the install department and they said he was running late, again I called they said he was running 45 minutes behind that was at 4 pm. Horrible experience. They sent a guy who only spoke only spanish. He did not seem to want to work. I called customer service and spoke with ****** who was very rude and hung up phone on me. i asked for supervisor and was told supervisors do not handle escalations. ****** said she was supervisor. i had appointment Fri and *** and was told no one can come *** that they will do me a favor and send someone next Thursday. BUYER ******!!!!! Unfortunately there is no option to avoid selecting a rating star. So, for what it's worth, here is the review: As with any in-home carpet re-seller, the salesman goes out of his way to make you feel as though they are family. And as with similar companies, National requires an immediate deposit to reserve your 'special price'. Company is scam. ******** came to our house and sold the **** out of the carpet. Top quality material, great warranty, blah , blah , blah. Put down $800 cash deposit. Installers were polite and professional. 3 months later the carpet started to separate from its backing and lifting in corners and along where it meets the wall.
