Will never order from them again. Needed a floor in a basement and asked what type of floor can go down there and was told a laminate. This is a second home and we had it done in November and did not go back to the house until May and the whole floor bubbled and one spot cracked. Please read and share to anyone thinking of using this company. The honest reviews are buried by false 5-star reviews. I have read so many similar complaints about this company and I am horrified by the behavior of their sales team. The worst customer service. Canceled 3 times the day before the confirmed appointment. They emailed and called to confirm and then cancelled. 3rd time the day before the scheduled date. ******** services offers no help, no remedy, and no refund. They cant keep an appointment how can they do the job I hired them for. Tried to cancel unable to, no refund and threatening to charge me for the whole job. Rude, stupid and useless. Do not use these crooks. Any suggestions on lawyers?
they are shady! they have an act of god clause in contract and sales pitch is will be installed on date scheduled unless material falls off a truck. and boom, day before install they call you with that excuse on reasoning with a new rescheduled date 4 weeks out! ridiculous!!
National Floors Direct Stole My Money!National floors came to my house to provide an estimate for vinyl tile floors because there was a flood in my basement. I was given a quote, which I realize now was very high, but I decided to go with it because I was assured by the salesman, *******, that I had 3 days to cancel if I should change my mind. Terrible customer service. All they care about is selling a job. They take no responsibility once you sing that contract even when it is their mistake. Do not deal with this company.

I'm deeply disappointed in my install and how I was, as a customer, mistreated. #1. An error was made on the part National Floors Direct. I was scheduled to have 2 rooms carpeted. The installers came with only one of the carpets even though the invoice showed that they should have had both carpets. I called customer service immediately. I asked if they could go and get the missing carpet or do the one they had and then go back for the other carpet. I was put on hold for a while and then I had to make several call backs.
