I would definitely go back to O'Krent's. We had used another company to put our carpet in but we were not happy with the customer service or the way they did the work. Outstanding service O'Krent did an outstanding job. We needed the job done quickly and they went out their way to make it happen. There was a small problem with the installation of the laminate floors and they addressed the same day. Very impressed would not go anywhere else.

Excellent crew, clean and efficient O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center removed our carpet and put hardwood floors down in three rooms. They did it quickly, put up shields to minimize dust, were helpful and cleaned up after themselves. Fine. My experience was fine. The only problem is I did not receive a receipt for my payment and it's been two months now. They charged me half of the amount at first and another half amount when they finished. RESPONSE FROM O'KRENT'S ABBEY FLOORING CENTER: We apologize for this oversight on our part. So far so good. They were very good. We dealt with Kelly at first. She was very helpful with helping us make up our mind and get things set up. The guys who came for the install were very good and handled themselves well. We were very pleased with them and the end product.

Pleased with our carpet. O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center put in the carpet very quickly. The carpet is good quality. We are very pleased and happy that it looks very good. Incredible tile design With O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center, the best part of the whole experience and critical part of making this happen was the designer Linda Mason. You can buy tile anywhere, and it will work no matter where you buy it, but Linda Mason is passionate about what she does.
