They Were Great! I went to O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center for tile and carpet and it went really well. They had excellent in-store consultation and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and extremely flexible in working within our desires and budget. Professional, friendly, and courteous! This was the first time I had to have floors put in- I had the carpet done. The staff at O'Krents Abbey Flooring Center were knowledgeable and helpful. After I picked out the original carpet, the salesperson was nice enough to warn me about other people having problems with that model. People could not vacuum the newer plush carpet- it would create too much suction for the vacuum and get stuck....
