Professionalism, service, quality of materials, and selection were excellent. O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center put a floor in for us in our new house. They were willing to store the flooring for months until our house was ready. They sent the people all the way down here to install it, and they did a good job. They did it pretty fast also. It took a few days, but it was a hard job. The people they sent worked day and night until they got it done.

Quality Quality Quality We just had O'Krent's install wood floors throughout our downstairs and they were fabulous...as always! This is the second time we've used them and my parents have used them as well. Excellent selection and excellent service. Will be back to see them about redoing our master shower in the summer.

Very impressed with the staff at O'Krent's when trying to develop a plan to replace existing flooring in our home. Our sales representative, Edward, was top notch in answering questions, mining our true needs, offering options and showing extreme patience as my husband and I worked through the various decisions we needed to make to come to a purchase decision. Best Tile Prices In Town!! Best Customer Service I have seen in a long time. After shopping in San Antonio all week for tile this place was a G0d sent. I wish I had gone their first. It was a little intimidating for me to go inside at first. Mined you, that I had been working on plumbing earlier that morning and looked a bit rugged, and this place has a lot of class.
