The best carpet company in San Antonio! My wife and I used O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center for some carpeting in our home, and it was a really good experience. This flooring center has a vast selection of carpeting. Our sales associate, Monica Mills, was REALLY outstanding. Good, honest people to work with. Excellent work. This is our third time using O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center. We keep using them because they always do a good job, and they are very honest with us. Ed provides excellent, available service. O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center's services have been really good. I always tell people to try them because they're wonderful. They had done almost my entire house a year and a half ago. I had some wood flooring leftovers from that project, so I called Ed again. Every level of O'Krent's service made us extremely happy! First, we went looking around at different businesses. O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center were the nicest when we walked in the store. They don't let you hang around very long without someone getting there to help you. They have a receptionist right at the front, so you get immediate attention when you walk in. Satisfactory flooring experience with nice installers. I was very satisfied with O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center and their service. Stairway carpet is perfect ! They handled my case very carefully and I really appreciated it. The carpet I got before was damaged and they came and checked everything and replaced it for me. I am very pleased with the outcome now. They replaced it and now it looks perfect. They really worked with me to fix the damaged carpet from the manufacturer and it is well installed.
