We walked around and loved the floor! O'KRENT'S ABBEY FLOORING CENTER was wonderful! They did a great job, but they didn't have enough material in the beginning and it slowed down the process. Other than that, it all turned out great.

This should be your first and last stop We were completely satisfied with the overall experience. We had both carpeting installed in all bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the house. Ed, the sales representative, listened to our needs and concerns and followed up with the contractors doing the work frequently. His "A" Team, headed up by Karl and his two workmates did an outstanding job on the tile. Ask for Karl and wait if...

Couldn't have asked for more From the beginning to the end, they were willing to come out at our convenience. They got back with me and gave me a price, they came out and did the floor when they said they would, they dropped the materials off ahead of time, and they did everything they said they'd do. If there were issues, they found them before we did and took care of them. I can't ask for more than that!

I have had my entire home carpeted due to a flood, &years later replaced carpet&had vinyl flooring installed in several areas.I have never had anything but the best customer service & professional service.James Hamilton was my contact, & extremely knowledgeable.I would not trust any other company.

Floors look beautiful! My experience with O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center was great. We had them put in wood floors in our bedroom, closet and stairs. The installation was mostly smooth with the exception of a delay for the flooring on the stairs. They had to have that piece custom made. They are very nice people and the floors look absolutely beautiful!

Outstanding and would recommend to anyone Linda Mason was out contact person from O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center and she assured use, from the very beginning, that everything done in our home would be done exactly as she would expect it to be done in her home. From the time we spent with her in the showroom to the very last time she walked our of our door, she executed that mission perfectly. The contract labor that they had worked...

Outstanding in every regard O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center carpeted and floored our entire house. We've been using them for probably the last six years. O'Krent's assisted with the color and pattern selection. They then assisted us with a warranty service when the installation of two of the carpets ended up being defective. Good! The sales person at O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center was very good and very cooperative. The installation all went well. There were three installers and it took them six days to install all the tile. They were nice. They were a little bit sloppy, but they worked hard. The tile looks good.
