A wonderful facility. My mother is very well taken care of physically, but her interaction with the staff is what enables me to sleep well. The Aides are very patient and loving to her, always a warm hello / kind word. The Nurses are on top of her care in all aspects. The Nuns are warm, friendly and know each patient on her floor. Mom has made some friends with whom she eats her meals in the dining room. What started as a very stressful decision I had to make has turned out to be a blessing for both of us.

My grandfather was a patient at Ozanam Hall for about a year. He suffered from Trigeminal Neuralgia, a past stroke as well as cancer. Although it was not his ideal decision to go to a rehab/nursing home facility it was probably one of the best choices we made. My grandpa was on the 10th floor being taken care of by Margaret, Maureen, Jean and countless other works who genuinely cared for my grandfather. Please beware of this facility, if your loved one has any type of a medical health issue, please know this is not the place for them they're PT services are acceptable but Honestly, I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Terrible customer service. Trying to reach someone in the billing department and the Calls always go to voicemail. Of course calls are not returned.

My mom was recently a resident for 4 years. I am so appreciative for all the loving & compassionate care the Sisters, aides, nurses and doctors gave to her. During the COVID lockdown, they provided services to enable the family so see and speak to our mom. The facility is spotless and there is never an odor in the halls like many other nursing homes. That's because each resident is clean and dressed everyday. They are not left to linger in their beds unattended. I would highly recommend this nursing home. Dori P.

This Rehab facility is totally unacceptable. Very depressing. They do not usually respond to call buttons. Patients are left in soiled underwear for long periods of time. This facility is around because of Medicare.

I've been a nurses aide for many years and never did I think I'd need to be a patient in a nursing facility. Not knowing what to expect I chose Ozanam Hall and boy did I make a great decision. Upon entering I was greeted with dignity and respect, the facility was clean the nursing staff were pleasant and responsive. I'm a younger pt then most in a skilled nursing facility, I'm alert and oriented with no cognitive impairments , I entered Ozanam after a 1 month hospital where I was bedbound and unable to move or care for mysel... read more
