Excellent service and timely installation Had a great experience with Paul's Carpet. We had a time sensitive project that needed to be done before furniture arrival. Paul's worked with us to identify in stock carpeting and worked with the installers and the high rise we live in to install the carpet. Very pleased with the install team and the finished product. Will definitely use them again when needed. Big shout out to Roger Jones for coordinating the effort!
Outstanding service and support After spending weeks looking for an area rug for my new apartment I decided to check out a flooring store. The sales person, Danette, was very patient with me and allowed me to take 5 carpet samples home. Which I did and put them around my couch and coffee table. From those choices I decided on one that really popped and had Paul’s carpet create an area rug for me. excellent service and quality carpet The installation was quick and efficient, the installers were friendly and courteous. Cleaned up after the installation perfectly. Fresh carpet is amazing- you forget how stained and dirty the old carpet was!
Their installation man was an artist! This was my first experience with Paul's Carpet & Floor and I will definitely be using them in the future on another project. They installed some carpeting for me and I was so impressed with the job they did, that I called their offices and told the manager that the man they sent out was not just a carpet installer - he was an artist! Their employees were all very professional and friendly and I highly recommend Paul's Carpet & Floor to everyone. They do an unbelievably good job!

Excellent! I walked into Paul’s Carpet looking for a particular brand of luxury vinyl plank. The staff at Paul’s Carpet was welcoming and knowledgeable and their prices were competitive. They definitely had that “hometown” feel you don’t find at big box stores. Danette and her staff will not disappoint. I have already recommended them to a friend and I will continue to do so.
Very pleased with service One of the carpets we purchased turned out to be the wrong weave for people with a cat. I would have liked to have know the difference between hooked and woven before I made my purchase. We will be replacing this carpet very soon.
