Great Job, Excellent Work! The work from Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor was excellent. The workers were very prompt and responsive while we were setting up the appointment, and the work went very well. I was in another town when I made the order and appointment, and when I got back into town and saw the work they did it was tremendous. I think Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor did a fantastic job and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend their services!

I could not be happier with the service, very cordial and professional Danny came out from Paul's Carpet & Floor when we had a water leak (I bought my carpet from them but never used their service before). Danny was very enthusiastic and considerate, he left a fan with us to dry the place out for a few hours.He really went the extra mile during the service call, he was very cordial & professional. Paul's Carpet & Floor is very fortunate to have Danny with them, I could not be happier with the service.

Excellent I like that Paul's Carpet & Floor is a family owned business. I like patronizing a small business that is in my area. They take personal responsibility for all of their products, and their follow-through is great.

They are excellent I have to say that the people over at Paul's Carpet & Floor were just excellent. They did three rooms for me and they are just very helpful and the work that they do is terrific. I had them clean some carpet and they left a stain from the machine, but they were quick to inform me and told me they would get the stain out or they would replace it. Sure enough they got the stain out and my carpet looks great. I am very happy with these guys and I would never go anywhere else.

Very good; dependable, honest and easy to work with! I have been using Paul's Carpet and Floor for years to clean the carpets and furniture in my home. I usually get all the carpets in my house cleaned by Danny and he is great. He works very hard and is always pleasant whilst on the job. Their prices are good too, I have asked my neighbors to make sure of this. I would recommend highly, they are very easy to deal with!

Excellent! I've been buying from Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor over 8 years now. I tend to buy area rugs that they cut for me. The guy truly is punctual and always friendly. I get both the cleaning service and I place orders through them. I would say that they go to conventions and learn about cleaning. The company just bought a new cleaning machine for rugs and it works wonderfully. My company cares a lot about our front rugs so they always keep an extra one for us to swap out while they clean the other. They're good about ho... read more
