Excellent Product, Excellent Service Paul's Carpet & Floor did a phenomenal job! My being able to get them was true fate! This was my first time using them. I needed to replace carpeting on the stairs. I was doing some remodeling and knew I would need to replace the carpeting as it was over 30 years old. Outstanding Product Knowledge & Selection & Service We have been using Paul's Carpet & Floor for over 20 years now and we won't go anywhere else! They offer excellent service, they are knowledgeable, honest and they are a model for other business' to follow. The flooring consultant, Roger, is outstanding. He shows you options, tells you the advantages and disadvantages of them and there is no arm twisting. Fantastic I have been using Paul's Carpet & Floor for years and I have to say, they are unbelievable. A year and a half ago, we had a situation where we needed water cleaned up from a room thanks to a leak. Danny Rivera came out and was without a doubt, one of the nicest guys possible. He came out and was extremely thorough. He did exactly what we needed him to do, and did a fantastic job. Great selection, great prices, really helpful and fast turnaround! Found two gorgeous area rugs immediately - great prices, lots of selection and Mario was really helpful. Both rugs were cut and bound and ready for pickup in less than a week. Highly recommend them!

Fast Service, Efficient, Professional! I went into Paul's Carpet & Floor to look at new carpet. The first thing walking in the person who greeted me was very professional! He showed me what I was looking for and a couple of days later they were out to measure the rooms being carpeted. Everyone was professional, cordial and kind! Condominium carpet project Paul's Carpet (Danny) had done a fabulous job of professionally cleaning our common area carpet. This was a large project with many floors and needed coordinating logistics with Residents. When it came time to get a custom sized area rug for our lobby, we again chose to use Paul's Carpet. Starting with our salesman, Roger who took his time with us( we never felt rushed or pressured) so we would have the best carpet choices for our home. Roger was personable and professional. Great job Roger. Our installers Rich and Hugh were incredible. They did an outstanding job and were also personable and professional. Very Pleased! I got a custom-made area rug from Paul's Carpet & Floor and I was very happy with them. They were knowledgeable and informative and they delivered on time. I am very satisfied with the product in terms of how it looks as well as the quality. Their pricing was pretty good. If I'm ever in need of similar service, I will definitely go back to them.
