Sales and installation were both outstanding. Roger Jones was our salesperson/contact. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable. Everything he represented to us was carried out satisfactorily. During installation he stayed in touch and helped facilitate.
Great experience....highly recommended! Roger in the sales department was extremely courteous, professional (and patient) in helping my wife and I decide on new carpeting for our boat. When it came to installation we experienced nothing but top quality service and the carpets look great. All was done in a timely manner with great prices and selection too.
Looks Amazing! I used Paul's Carpet & Floor many, many years ago and really liked how everything turned out so I knew who to go to for carpeting. I needed to get carpeting throughout my entire 2,100 square foot condo. The sales people in the show room were very professional and helpful. The installation went smoothly and I love how my home looks with the new carpet. The whole process is super easy. I highly recommend them!

Highly Recommend! Paul's Carpet & Floor was recommended to me by someone who used them years ago. I decided I didn't want to go to different places to check out prices, so I relied on that recommendation. Great company I have dealt with Paul's Carpet and Floor since around 1968. I know a lot of the people there and everyone is great. They know me when I walk in. They always do a great job for me. The last 3 times they did complete carpet, complete tile, and cleaned the carpet. I don't have a single bad thing to say about their services or their staff. I recommend them all the time.
